1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the EP Specialist AI Agent platform ("the Service"), operated by Bravo Training Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is an AI-powered mentorship platform that provides guidance on executive protection topics. The AI agent is trained on educational content from Byron Rodgers and Bravo Training Group. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional security consulting, legal advice, or a replacement for formal training programs.
3. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to professional development in the executive protection field. You must not use the Service to plan, facilitate, or support any illegal activity. You must not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the underlying training data or proprietary content. You must not use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including AI-generated responses based on proprietary training material, is owned by or licensed to Bravo Training Group. You may use the guidance provided for your personal and professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses are educational in nature and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You should exercise independent judgment and consult qualified professionals before making operational security decisions based on information from the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravo Training Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
